How do I add emergency contacts?

1. Open the app
2. Tap on "Contacts" in the bottom navigation
3. Tap the "+" button
4. Enter contact details and save

How does the check-in system work?

Simply tap the "I'm OK" button once a day. If you miss 2 consecutive days, your emergency contacts will be automatically notified on day 3.

How do I trigger an SOS alert?

Tap and hold the red SOS button on the home screen, or shake your device if shake detection is enabled in settings.

Can I cancel my premium subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Scroll to bottom → Tap "Delete Account". Or visit our account deletion page.

Is my location data private?

Yes! Your location is only shared with your emergency contacts during SOS events. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
